Cooperative purchasing is that conducted on behalf of two or more public procurement agencies to obtain the benefits of volume purchases and /or reduction in administrative expenses. The City participates in various coop purchasing groups such as:

• US Communities
• Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA)
