Q: What if my ticket is for no proof of insurance? **Link to form**
Insurance cards are not accepted at the clerks’ office or in Court. The proof that you had/have insurance must be faxed directly to us from your insurance company. Our fax number is (303) 235-2829. The fax information should include your name, ticket number, vin number of the vehicle in question, and state the effective date and time of the policy. In addition, it must state that the defendant was a covered driver under the policy.
