5. WheatRidge needs a municipal tram system

   All the coolest towns and cities are create light rail transit systems. I have no idea what kind of a place WheatRidge is but I'm sure you need one too.

Homeowners and landlords can add to community safety and accessibility. WR is behind adjacent communities with sidewalk access. Safer for senior residents, youth, families, and pedestrians overall.
