Beginning Sat., May 9, 2020, Jefferson County is following the Jefferson County Public Health (JCPH) Safer at Home Order Businesses should refer to the JCPH information for specific guidance on requirements prior to opening. City Hall will remain closed until Tuesday, June 16, 2020. Municipal Court is seeing many cases virtually and some are being heard in-person on a case-by-case basis. The Wheat Ridge Recreation Center, Active Adult Center and the Anderson Building remain closed until further notice. Please visit rootedinfun.com for more information on recreation programs.
While we all remain Safer at Home, City staff is committed to providing outstanding customer service to our community. Our focus has shifted however during over the past few months to a more robust e-business model and we are reviewing creative ways to safely conduct any essential business that may require an in-person appointment. Wheat Ridge City staff continue to assist Wheat Ridge businesses and residents in the following ways: online form submission, telephone, email, and with information provided on our City website, Whats Up Wheat Ridge, Wheat Ridge Speaks, and on social media.
