Description: The second open house* for the 44th Avenue Subarea Plan will take place on Wednesday, July 6 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center (4005 Kipling St). This is your chance to help determine the future of 44th Avenue. Public input received at this meeting will inform the final plan.

Where should residential or commercial uses go? How can we improve aesthetics and safety of 44th Avenue? Which walking and biking connections are most important? The project is currently in the second phase where project staff have synthesized and used phase one input to form concepts, considerations, and recommendations for the community to explore at the open house event.
