NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the public hearing before the Wheat Ridge City Council to consider Council Bill 04-2019: An Ordinance amending Sections 11-51, 11-52, 11-53, 11-56, 11-63, 11-64 and 17-27 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws concerning the licensing and use of alcohol beverages and making additional housekeeping revisions to said Code updating statutory citations to conform to recent legislative changes, originally scheduled for Monday, March 25, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.; has been rescheduled to April 8, 2019, continued to April 22, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the public hearing before the Wheat Ridge City Council to consider Council Bill 03-2019: An Ordinance amending Section 2-53 and 11-52.5 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws concerning appointees to Boards and Commissions and the Liquor Licensing Authority, originally scheduled for March 25, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. has been rescheduled to Monday April 8, 2019, continued to April 22, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing to consider Case No. WS-18-06 an application filed by Toll Southwest, LLC for approval of a 201-lot subdivision for townhome development for property zoned Mixed Use-Commercial TOD (MU-C TOD) and located at 5060 Ward Road will be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7500 W. 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, on April 22, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing to Consider Case No. WA-19-01, an application filed by Amy Coffey for approval of three requests 1. Request for approval of a 5-foot (100%) variance from the 5-foot setback requirement for a deck.  2. Request for approval of a 2-foot 6-inch (50%) variance from the 5-foot side setback for an above ground pool. 3. Urban Renewal Authority 

A Public Hearing will be held by the Wheat Ridge Urban Renewal Authority on Tuesday April 16, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado regarding a supplemental budget appropriations and adjustments to the URA General Fund (120) and the Kipling Ridge fund (123). 

Any interested citizens are invited to attend the public hearing.  The budget amendment will be available for inspection by the public in the Economic Development office as of April 1, 2019; Wheat Ridge Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Treasurer has adopted Resolution No. 1 Series of 2016, A Resolution Amending the Sales and Use Tax Regulations of the City of Wheat Ridge to Authorize the Rounding of Fractional Dollars on Tax Returns.
