Public Comment by participants on Agenda items will also be invited during this time. The agenda and documents will also be available for comment prior to the meeting at WheatRidgeSpeaks.org. That same website can be accessed during the meeting in order to view and follow along with the agenda.
Here’s a document to help navigate participation in a Virtual Public Meeting In addition we are creating a how-to video that will be posted to this page shortly.
Training for Virtual Public Meetings
To provide residents with increased confidence when participating in local government, two MOCK City Council meeting training sessions were recorded. The presentations included in these training videos offer information about fitness and gardening and were designed by City staff to help make the Stay at Home order a little more fun and productive. The first training focused on fitness and exercise during this health emergency. The second training offered tips for home gardening.
