- Causing property values to decrease
- Making citizens feel unsafe
What City Ordinances Does Graffiti Violate?
Graffiti violates Chapter 15, Article III, Section 15-19 and Chapter 16, Article VIII, Section 16-180 of the Wheat Ridge Municipal Code.
