  • West End 38 Urban Renewal Plan
  • 38th Avenue Corridor Redevelopment Plan
  • West 44th Avenue & Ward Road Redevelopment Plan
  • I-70/Kipling Corridors Urban Renewal Plan
• WRURA can recommend amendments to Urban Renewal Plans
• The City Council has sole authority to approve all amendments
• Urban Renewal Plan amendments are reviewed by the Planning Commission for consistency with the Comprehensive Plan
