National Night Out

The Wheat Ridge Police Department holds a community event for National Night Out Against Crime at Wheat Ridge City Hall. This event is to allow the community to come to the Police Department to meet officers, tour the Police Department, and visit booths staffed by the SWAT Team, CSI personnel and Crime Prevention. A variety of food and snacks are available to the public free of charge.

In conjunction with the Police Department’s event, the Police Department asks that Neighborhood Watch groups, Homeowners Associations, Rental Properties, and other community organizers to host events on the actual day of National Night Out. Members of the Police Department will be available to attend these events as requested by the organizers.
