Kipling Ridge

The City and your Urban Renewal Authority, Renewal Wheat Ridge, have worked diligently with Confluent Development to bring a new mixed-use development to the southwest corner of 38th Avenue and Kipling Street. The $27 million project was built in conjunction with Renewal Wheat Ridge though the use of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) in the amount of $2,000,000 and an Economic Development incentive of $1,000,000. As of June 24, 2015 a new 27,000 square-foot Sprouts Farmer’s Market and a new Starbucks with a drive-through opened to the public. In early 2016 a 64-unit assisted living and memory care facility operated by MorningStar Senior Living will open for residents. One retail pad is still available in the development.
