Rental Hours
The following times are available for the given days.

Monday through Thursday	7:00 am - 10:00 pm
Friday (June through August)	7:00 am - 11:30 pm
Friday (September through May)	7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday	12:00 noon - 11:30 pm
Sunday	12:00 noon - 8:00 pm

Rental Rates
The following rates apply to the Ballroom.  A 3% rental tax is charged on the hourly rental rate.

Friday	$45 per hour, per section	$100 per section ($500 for events running past 8:00 pm with more than 100 people and serving alcohol)	Setup and cleanup time must be scheduled as part of rental time	$75 flat fee
Saturday 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm	(April - October) $100 per hour per section (November - March) $75 per hour per section	$100 per section	Setup and cleanup time must be scheduled as part of rental time	Kitchen is included
Saturday 5:00 pm - 11:30 pm	$300 per hour, minimum of four hours (must rent all three sections)	$300 ($500 for events running past 8:00 pm with more than 100 people and serving alcohol)	Setup - $150 flat fee for up to four hours prior to event Cleanup - must be scheduled as part of rental time	Kitchen is included
