All equipment is provided and use of the climbing wall is included in the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center facility drop-in fee. The climbing wall features:

All climbers must know and understand climbing wall rules, attend a safety orientation, and sign a waiver form prior to climbing. The waiver form is available below; please complete the form and bring with you to the Recreation Center. For those individuals interested in belayed climbing, they must complete a Belay Certification class prior to climbing.

Children under six years of age may not climb. Climbers aged 6-17 years must be accompanied by a participating belay-certified adult (age 18 or older) to use the wall during Open Climb hours.

Climbers ages 12 and older must pass Belay Certification training to belay other climbers. Climbers ages 12-17 years may belay other belay-certified climbers during Supervised Climb hours only. Climbers ages 12-17 may not belay climbers younger than 12 years of age.
