Davis Reinhart was elected to serve District I of the Wheat Ridge City Council in November of 2009, and then selected by fellow Council members to serve as Mayor Pro Tem.

Currently the owner and manager of a real estate development and consulting firm, Reinhart has extensive professional experience in land development and construction engineering. He holds an MS in Construction Management from the University of Maryland, a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, and is a licensed professional engineer and general contractor.

Never a stranger to volunteerism, Reinhart served in the Peace Core in Honduras, and since his arrival in Wheat Ridge five years ago, he has immersed himself in a multitude of community and planning activities. He has served as a member of Wheat Ridge 2020, Wheat Ridge Planning Commission, Wheat Ridge Board of Adjustment, the Mayor’s Building Code Advisory Task Force and the Citizen Advisory Committee for the “Envision Wheat Ridge,” comprehensive plan project.

Reinhart enjoys skiing, hiking and is an avid soccer player. He is president of the Metropolitan Invitational Soccer League and has served on several church and school building committees.
