Section of Clear Creek Trail Closed through September

Clear Creek Closure

In conjunction with the Prospect Park construction project, a section of the regional Clear Creek Trail will be closed through September 11th.

A detour will be in place from the bridge across Clear Creek at Prospect Park to the Moore Street bridge at 43rd and Moore St. This detour will take trail users onto a non-paved surface. For this detour, we will be allowing bikes in the conservation area ...

Wheat Ridge Recreation Center closed Aug. 21 - 25 and Active Adult Center closed Aug. 23 - 25 for annual maintenance projects.

New Building Inspection Cancellation Form and Update on ReRoofing Permits

Building Inspection cancellations should now be submitted online www.ci.wheatridge.co.us/inspectioncancellation

Licensed contractors must submit roofing permit applications online. http://www.ci.wheatridge.co.us/permit

Cancellation requests must be received by 8a.m. on the day of the scheduled inspection. Later requests will be subject to a $60 reinspection fee. Inspections are not automatically rescheduled.
