The City of Wheat Ridge is offering a designated site to drop off broken tree branches from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. on October 21 - 22.
The City of Wheat Ridge Parks, Forestry and Open Space Division (PFOS) is offering a designated site for Wheat Ridge residents to drop off broken tree branches in the aftermath of the latest snow storm. This drop-off site is for Wheat Ridge residents only; no private contractors. Proof of residency is required with a photo I.D. showing a Wheat Ridge address, or an I.D. and utility bill showing a Wheat Ridge address.
The site is located in the PFOS Administration Offices parking lot at 9110 W. 44th Ave (SW corner of 44th Ave. & Field St.) Enter using the driveway on the south side of 44th Ave. just west of Field St. This site is not accessible from nor located in Anderson Park. Broken branches only, no stumps, no trash bags, and no metal of any kind or other debris will be accepted. There is no fee.
The site will be open from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 21 - Sunday, October 22.
