NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, December 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Council Bill 34-2018: An Ordinance approving the sale of designated parkland at the intersection of West 38th Avenue and Johnson Street and in connection therewith, authorizing execution of an agreement for said sale.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, January 14, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Council Bill 32-2018: An Ordinance approving the Rezoning of property located at 6985 W. 38th Avenue from Commercial-One (C-1) to Mixed Use-Neighborhood (MU-N) (Case No. WZ-18-21/Barta)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Liquor License Authority Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. to consider a new 3.2% Retail Fermented Malt Beverage (Beer) Off Premises License being applied for by Stinker Stores Co.  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Treasurer has adopted Resolution No. 1 Series of 2016, A Resolution Amending the Sales and Use Tax Regulations of the City of Wheat Ridge to Authorize the Rounding of Fractional Dollars on Tax Returns.

Ordinance 1646 -  An Ordinance creating a new Section 26-643 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws prohibiting the use of Freestanding Emergency Room Facilities.

Ordinance 1651 - An Ordinance approving the rezoning of property located at 6701 West 44th Avenue from Commercial-1 (C-1) to Mixed Use-Neighborhood (MU-N) 

Ordinance 1652 - An Ordinance adopting a new Section 2-9 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws concerning the Retention of Interest Earned on Escrow Accounts held by the City.

Ordinance 1650 -  An Ordinance extinguishing any rights or interest held by the City in a Slope Easement PE-55A associated with Taft Court, a Public Roadway.

Ordinance 1653 -  An Ordinance vacating any interest held by the City in a portion of Ridge Road, a Public Roadway.

CODIFICATION 
Notice is hereby given that Ordinances 1634 through  1648 (except 1646) will be codified into Supplement 61 for insertion into the Code of Laws of the City of Wheat Ridge.
Except where stated in the ordinances, Supplement 60 will be effective July 31, 2018.
