NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing to consider Case No. WS-18-07 an application filed by TH Yarrow Gardens, LLC for approval of a 89-lot subdivision for property zoned Mixed Use-Neighborhood (MU-N) and Planned Residential Development (PRD) and located at 4255 Yarrow Street and 7955 West 42nd Avenue will be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7500 W. 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, on February 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, February 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Council Bill 01-2019: An Ordinance amending the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws to regulate the creation of Flag Lots.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing shall be held before the Wheat Ridge City Council on Monday, February 25 at 7:00 pm at the Wheat Ridge Municipal Building, 7500 W 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, for the purpose of considering Street Width Designation for the following street segments:

A. West 52nd Avenue, between Ward Road and Tabor Street

  • Street Width Designation which is proposed for this street is: 35 feet

B. Tabor Street, between West 52nd Avenue and Ridge Road

  • Street Width Designation which is proposed for this street is: 38 feet

C. Ridge Road, between Tabor Street and the City boundary east of Simms Place

  • Street Width Designation which is proposed for this street is: 43 feet

The proposed Street Width Designation and specific plans for such streets are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the office of the City Clerk, Wheat Ridge Municipal Building.

Prior to the hearing, Petitions or Remonstrance’s may be filed at the City Clerk’s office, located at 7500 W. 29th Avenue.

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Treasurer has adopted Resolution No. 1 Series of 2016, A Resolution Amending the Sales and Use Tax Regulations of the City of Wheat Ridge to Authorize the Rounding of Fractional Dollars on Tax Returns.

Ordinance 1662 - An Ordinance approving the Rezoning of property located at 6985 W. 38th Avenue from Commercial-One (C-1) to Mixed Use-Neighborhood (MU-N)

CODIFICATION 
Notice is hereby given that Ordinances 1646, 1650 through 1662 will be codified into Supplement 62 for insertion into the Code of Laws of the City of Wheat Ridge.
Except where stated in the ordinances, Supplement 62 will be effective March 1, 2019
