NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on April 10, 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Council Bill 03-2017.  An Ordinance rezoning property located at 4255 Yarrow Street from Residential-Two (R-2) to Mixed Use-Neighborhood (NU-N) (Case No.WZ-16-08/Environfinance Group)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on March 27, 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Council Bill 04-2017.  An Ordinance extending the Temporary Moratorium on the submission, acceptance, processing, and approval of applications and requests for a permit, license land use approval or other approval for a Freestanding Emergency Room Facility

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, April 24, 2017 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Street Width Designation for the following street segments:

 

A.    West 29th Avenue, between Ingalls Street and Gray Street

1.      Street Width Designation which is proposed for this street is: 26 feet

B.     West 29th Avenue, between Gray Street and Fenton Street

1.      Street Width Designation which is proposed for this street is: 32 feet

C.     Fenton Street, between West 29th Avenue and W 30th Avenue

1.      Street Width Designation which is proposed for this street is: 38 feet

D.    West 30th Avenue, between Harlan Street and Fenton Street

1.      Street Width Designation which is proposed for this street is: 38 feet 

The proposed Street Width Designation and specific plans for such streets are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the office of the City Clerk, Wheat Ridge Municipal Building

Ordinance 1598 - An Ordinance amending Sections 11-218, 11-293, 11-401, 11-404, 11-415, 26-204 and 26-640 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws to adopt regulations governing Medical Marijuana Testing Facilities
 
 Ordinance 1599  - An Ordinance amending  approving a zone change from Commercial-One (C-1) to Industrial Employment (I-E) for property located at 4949 Marshall Street (Case No. WZ-16-04 Sit Means Sit Denver Dog Training).

Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 1584 (Amended)  and Ordinances 1591 through  1597 were codified into Supplement 57 for insertion into the Code of Laws of the City of Wheat Ridge

  1. Except where stated in the ordinances, Supplement 57 will be effective June 30, 2016.
