Pilates Reformer Classes
Ages: 18 and up, or 16 and older with parent participation
Overview: The Pilates Reformer has cables, pulleys, springs, and sliding boards attached. The Reformer lies at the foundation of the Pilates Method. Pilates develops an overall sense of well-being, balance, strength, flexibility, improved posture, concentration, and lean, well-toned muscles. This class is great for all ages, those with low back or other orthopedic concerns, post rehab, or for general fitness. The first class is an orientation on the Reformer and must be attended.
Private Pilates Reformer TrainingAges: 18 and up, or ages 16 and older with parent participation
Overview: The Reformer machine provides a challenging, full-body workout, while facilitating core control, flexibility, stability, and alignment. The individual works with different levels of resistance through spring tension that provides assistance to the working muscles. Call (303) 231-1306 to schedule an appointment.
Cardio Pilates Classes
Ages: 18 and up
Overview: An invigorating fusion of classic Pilates movements and fat-burning cardio exercise, Cardio Pilates delivers the strength conditioning effects Pilates is known for- as well as a results-intensifying, heart-rate boosting cardiovascular workout. By integrating classic Pilates moves with dynamic, energy-infused motion, Cardio Pilates revs up calorie burning, multiplies results and improves cardio health, while also delivering the strenthening, body-reshaping effects that have made Pilates one of today's most popular fitness techniques!
