Fitness Areas

Wheat Ridge Recreation Center
The Weight and Fitness areas at the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center at 4005 Kipling St. feature free-weights and state-of-the-art fitness and resistance equipment. There is also a one-tenth mile indoor walking / running track and an aerobic / dance room.   • Run / walk clockwise Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Group Cycling
Group Cycling classes are now drop-in classes included with your daily admission. Each class includes a 45-60 minute ride with stretching at the end. This workout focuses on cardiovascular fitness, endurance and muscle strength. You must check in at the front desk and get a pass as the number of bikes is limited.
